After travelling around the UK and Europe for about four weeks, I returned to Sydney. Now, two weeks later, I realised that I very much wanted to do the bike trip after all. However, after spending much more than I’d bargained for, I’d have to save up a decent amount of money again. But I did decide that I would complete at least the UK leg of the bike trip first.
I will be flying back to the UK, at the end of September, to pick up my bicycle from Manchester (as I left it with a friend) and start cycling again. I have constructed a new UK route which will take me to Harwich. After completing that, I will return to Sydney (with my bicycle) to save up more money again to resume in 2028.
